I would give 0 stars if I could. This is not a book, it IS A JOKE. It’s not even edited for language or formatted to fit the pages correctly. The writing is horrible. It’s super thin and doesn’t contain any really valuable information. What a joke. These reviews are probably all fake.
I’m so mad that I paid for this. You can get the same information off of Wikipedia for free. I know it’s a beginners book, but it was so high level that it provides almost no value. The book is basically an intro for a real lean six sigma book. Do not waste your money like I did.
Although this is the very first book I have read about the lean six sigma, I am really glad it was this book I chose. For some reason, I feel like it contains all the necessary information I need because it feels complete. It was a good read.
